When they tell you how long it will take to get to you, take their word. Nonetheless, the work that they did was excellent. The tree, a large hickory, in our front yard was storm damaged and beyond my ability to take care of. They removed the damaged limbs and pruned the tree to balance it out. Very satisfied with their work and and their great attitude.
